Full job description
Wellstar is seeking a Breast Sonographer (PRN) to provide high-quality breast ultrasound imaging within a collaborative, patient-focused team. In this as-needed role, you will perform screening and diagnostic breast ultrasounds, support interventional procedures such as biopsies, and ensure accurate image acquisition and documentation. You will educate and comfort patients, uphold safety and infection-control standards, and work closely with radiologists and multidisciplinary staff. This position offers exposure to advanced breast imaging, strong clinical resources, and opportunities for ongoing education across a leading not-for-profit health system.
