Licensed Practical Nurse

Canon Lodge Care Center seeks a compassionate LPN to provide skilled nursing care to seniors in our resident-centered community. The LPN will administer medications and treatments, monitor and document resident status, support care plan development, and collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians. This role includes wound care, IV and tube care within scope, and responding to changes in condition. The LPN will support ADLs, educate residents and families, and ensure regulatory compliance.
