font-size: 12pt;">Supervise, coach, and support direct-care staff and program teams.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Provide leadership, staff development, training, and performance improvement.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Oversee key services in accordance with Redwood Family Care Network policies and procedures.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Build positive relationships with individuals supported and their families, caregivers, and circles of support.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Participate in the assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation processes for individuals receiving services.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Review referral packets and assist with assessing prospective clients.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate with local Regional Center counselors and other service providers.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain accurate and timely documentation and ensure required records are completed.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Support families and individuals in understanding and accessing Redwood Family Care Network services.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Assist with community outreach and program marketing activities.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Monitor service delivery and help ensure quality and compliance.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Apply knowledge of Title 17 and Title 22, applicable federal and state regulations, Regional Center requirements, Individual Program Plans (IPPs), and behavior modification programs.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Provide support and guidance during challenging situations while maintaining the dignity, rights, health, and safety of the individuals we serve.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Participate in an on-call rotation and provide support when needed.</li></ul><h2>What We're Looking For</h2>We are looking for a responsible and compassionate supervisor who can confidently lead staff while keeping the needs and goals of the individuals we support at the center of their work.<h3>Qualifications</h3><ul data-spread="false"><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">2 years of experience preferred supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">2 years of experience preferred in Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities services, including SLS, ILS, CIT, and PAS.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor's degree preferred.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">3–5 years of supervisory experience, preferably supervising approximately 5–30 employees.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Must be at least 21 years of age.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Valid California Driver's License required.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Current First Aid/CPR certification required.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification within the first 6 months of employment.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Must successfully complete all required pre-employment requirements, including a background check.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to work effectively with individuals, families, employees, Regional Centers, and other community partners.</li></ul><h2>Schedule & Availability</h2><ul data-spread="false"><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times;
