Full job description

Our client, a leading logistics and inventory management organization, is seeking a Production Labor to join their team. As a Production Labor, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations supporting inventory processing and inspection. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Labor

Location: Chambersburg, PA

Pay Range: $17

Shift: 1st shift only

What's the Job?

  • Process inventory by scanning, picking, counting, sorting, and inspecting items to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Assist in preparing inventory for auction by verifying location, condition, and status both physically and virtually.
  • Perform basic inspections of inventory items, requiring keen attention to detail and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Windows, and Apple iOS.
  • Classify and organize inventory into an efficient system for easy retrieval and management.
  • Support a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workspace.

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of related experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds unassisted.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with WMS, Windows, and Apple iOS systems is a plus.
