Speech Therapist

CenterWell Home Health seeks a compassionate Speech Therapist to provide in-home evaluation and treatment for adults with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and adjust individualized care plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy focused on maximizing patient independence and safety at home. Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team, you will educate patients and caregivers, document care accurately, and support quality and compliance standards.
