PACU Registered Nurse

Join TriStar Health in Nashville as a PACU RN and support patients as they recover from anesthesia and surgery. You’ll assess patient status, monitor vital signs and airway, manage pain and medications, recognize complications, and coordinate care with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other clinicians. Provide clear discharge and recovery education to patients and families while maintaining accurate documentation and high safety standards.
