Trusted is seeking an experienced nurse for this exciting travel nursing assignment. Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical Oncology experience with 12 months worked in the last 3 years.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Midwest) CommonSpirit Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Midwest) CommonSpirit Health.
• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Midwest) CommonSpirit Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Midwest) CommonSpirit Health.

Required Credentials: - You are required to pass a Basic Dysrhythmia/EKG exam during onboarding.
Preferred Skills/Experience: - Experience with trachs and BiPAP preferred. - Lasix drip experience preferred.
Special Requests: - Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. - Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months. - Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. - Will consider block scheduling if unit needs are met. - RTO must be requested upfront and is limited to 7 or fewer days per 13-week contract. Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submission.
Unit Details: - Nurse:patient ratios: Days 1:4-5, Nights 1:5-6. - Adult and geriatric patients; strokes, HTN, COPD, cellulitis, CHF, A fib non RVR, chest pain, MI after ICU, AMS/behavioral, some telemetry, surgical overflow excluding joints or cranis, and oncology. Core staff administer chemotherapy; no oncology provider currently in house during the day. - RNs titrate drips including Lasix and Heparin. - BiPAP stable; trachs established with blow-by oxygen. - Monitor techs are available; RNs are not required to read or interpret telemetry strips and use tele packs. - PCT support ratio 1:8. Charge nurse is a resource on both shifts and usually does not take an assignment unless staffing requires it.
Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend. - Holidays as needed. - No call.
Floating Requirements: - First to float. - Will float to other Med Surg units; if floated to Tele, a tele RN will do their strips. May float to ER holds occasionally. No Mom/Baby floating.
7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
Driver’s license required for submission
