On call every night -- low callback burden, docs are 2nd call to APP
Average census of 6 - 10 patients per day
Inpatient child and adolescent psychiatry unit
Coverage until permanent provider is found
Hospital privileges required
PALS and BLS certification required
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
