Wallick Communities seeks a full-time LPN for 7pm–7am to support residents in our senior living and affordable housing communities. The LPN will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and respond promptly to changes in resident condition. This role coordinates with physicians, care teams, and families to ensure high-quality, person-centered care. The LPN documents accurately, follows care plans, and upholds regulatory and safety standards.
