Opportunity Details

Medicus has partnered with a hospital in southeastern Virginia that has an opportunity for a Gastroenterologist to provide locum tenens coverage.

About the Opportunity:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday (7a-5p) and Saturday-Sunday (7a-7a)
  • Call requirement: 5p-7a beeper shifts
  • Setting: 2 endoscopy suites with on-site lab and X-ray services
  • Daily Volume: 20-25 patients
  • Daily Admissions: 8-10 patients
  • Daily Procedures: 4
  • General GI skills required
  • ERCP preferred
  • EMR: Epic
  • Must be board-certified
  • ACLS and DEA required
  • Paid travel & expenses
