Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Full-Time

Location: Oceanside, CA 92058
Pay: $25–$30/hour DOE

Our established private dental practice is seeking an experienced, dependable, and patient-focused Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team full-time. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care in a positive, supportive, and team-oriented environment.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 8:45 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
• Friday: 8:45 AM – 2:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Assist chairside during dental procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
• Take digital X-rays (Dexis)
• Perform intraoral scans for digital impressions
• Review and update patient records and medical histories
• Enter treatment notes and assist with scheduling using Dentrix
• Provide post-operative instructions as directed
• Maintain infection control and office compliance standards
• Help create an exceptional patient experience

Qualifications

• Current California RDA license required
• Open to newly licensed and early-career RDAs
• Experience with digital X-rays and intraoral scanning
• Dentrix experience preferred
• CPR certification preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Positive attitude and commitment to patient care
