Internal Medicine physician job in Georgia :

A health services network in Georgia is looking to add a licensed Primary Care Physician to join their team in Atlanta, providing comprehensive care for an older adult patient population. This role focuses on delivering high-quality outpatient primary care in a collaborative clinical setting with a predictable weekday schedule.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: Standard business hours
• Setting: Outpatient clinic

Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care services to adult patients, with a focus on patients age 55 and older
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad range of internal medicine, family medicine, and geriatrics cases
• Maintain a patient volume of approximately 20 to 22 patients per day
• Coordinate care with the site medical director and broader care team

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree
• Board certification in internal medicine, family medicine, or geriatrics
• Active medical license in Georgia
• At least 1 year of recent clinical practice experience

Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
