Interim HealthCare seeks a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver compassionate home-based rehab services. Partner with Physical Therapists to follow care plans, provide therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and educate patients and families. You will travel to patient homes, document visits accurately, and communicate changes in condition to the care team.
