Locums Position in PA for Neonatologist

• 24-hour shifts -- out-of-house call model
• Up to 3 patients per shift; 2 - 6 patients seen per 24 hours
• Level II NICU -- daily rounding on all babies delivered
• Backup call coverage for APPs -- beeper call, 15 - 30 min response
• Ventilation management -- invasive (ETT) and non-invasive (BiPAP/CPAP)
• Procedures: chest tube, central line, arterial line, exchange transfusion
• Additional skills: nitric oxide, hemodialysis catheter, lumbar puncture
• Staffing expansion -- 3 full-time providers needed for new NICU
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
