UCHealth is seeking a compassionate Critical Care Float Pool RN to deliver high-acuity nursing care across multiple ICU and step-down units. In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement complex patient care, manage ventilators and titratable drips, and respond to rapid changes in condition. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and support evidence-based practice.
