Experience:

• 18 months of experience with 18 months within the last 36 months (3 years).

Requirements:

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement. Strong orthopedic, joint, and neuro skills are needed.
