Full job description

Spectrum Center Schools and Programs seeks a Regional Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to provide clinical leadership across multiple nonpublic school and in-district classroom sites serving K–12 students with autism and emotional/behavioral needs. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, design and oversee behavior intervention plans, analyze data, and ensure fidelity of implementation. This role includes coaching and training teachers and behavior staff, collaborating with IEP teams and families, supporting crisis prevention, and promoting a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment aligned with our mission-driven culture.
