Morgan Properties is hiring a Service Technician for a 120-unit apartment community. Smaller community, real ownership of your work — you'll know the property, know the residents, and see the results of everything you fix. If you're hands-on, dependable, and good at getting to the bottom of a problem, let's talk.

What We Offer:

• $23.00 –$25.00 per hour
• Morgan Essentials quarterly incentive, $300 per quarter

What You'll Do:

• Work service requests and preventative maintenance so small issues never become big ones
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
• Handle apartment turns — painting, drywall, carpentry, and general repairs
• Keep the community clean, safe, and looking like somewhere people want to live
• Take your turn in the on-call rotation

What You'll Bring:

• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred
• Multifamily experience is a plus
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair experience
• EPA certification preferred, but not required
• Someone who does what they say they'll do, treats residents and teammates with respect, and stands behind the quality of every repair
