Operating Room Registered Nurse

Mercy seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Operating Room in Joplin. In this on-site role, you’ll deliver comprehensive perioperative care, from patient assessment through recovery, ensuring safety, comfort, and clear communication. You will prepare and maintain the OR environment, manage instruments and equipment, and uphold strict aseptic and infection-control standards. Working closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary teams, you’ll use evidence-based practices and EHR systems while contributing to continuous quality and process improvement.
