Full job description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Office Assistant/Insurance Coordinator to join our dental team. We prefer someone with at least three years experience and Eaglesoft experience. Competent applicates must have experience in all aspects of learning technology. Excellent customer service skills are required.
Duties
- Assisting front desk with answering phones, checking patients in and out, making appointments and collecting payments.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Manage insurance claims submissions, follow-ups, and denials to ensure timely reimbursement for services rendered
- Posting insurance payments. Ensuring proper payments and network participating adjustments. This task is rare as we have off site assistance, but must have ability to understand this.
- Claims submissions including creating narratives and attaching radiographs
- Verifying insurance, Creating breakdowns and calculating patient portions.
- Following up on unpaid claims, identifying denials and under payments.
- Accounts receivables and monthly billing.
- Assisting front desk with answering phones, checking patients in and out, making appointments and collecting payments.
Compensation:
- $20-$25/hour
