UCHealth seeks an experienced RN for the Critical Care Float Pool to deliver high-acuity nursing care across ICUs and step-down units. In this role, you’ll assess, plan, and evaluate complex patient care, manage ventilators and titratable drips, and respond rapidly to clinical changes. You will float to multiple critical care areas, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, evidence-based care.
