RiverWoods Manchester, a non-profit CCRC, is seeking caring RNs/LPNs to provide high-quality clinical care and support for residents in independent living, assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing. In this resident-centered role, you will complete assessments, administer medications and treatments, monitor changes in condition, update care plans, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team. You’ll build meaningful relationships with residents and families, mentor CNAs, support a culture of respect and compassion, and grow professionally through training, education, and advancement opportunities.
