ELS is hiring for the position of Front Desk Clerk in Miami, Florida.What you’ll do:
Our Front Desk Clerks provide exceptional customer service to facilitate excellent and memorable guest and resident experiences.
Your job will include:
- Act as the property liaison and provide guests and residents with information, responding to questions in person and over the phone.
- Process payments and deposits.
- Run reports and submit maintenance request forms to ensure office efficiency.
- Partner with your Property Manager and communicate frequently to address inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction, address conflicts and solve problems promptly.
- Maintain workspace standards by keeping the front desk and surrounding reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Oversee retail and inventory, which includes restocking the retail store, and tracking inventory levels.
- Manage guest reservations, coordinating check-ins, check-outs, and site assignments through the property management system.
- Act as a true team player by jumping in to assist other departments with tasks or special projects outside of standard front desk duties as needed.
- Standard Shift: Full-time, weekend shifts required.
- Days Off: Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
- Flexibility: Must be willing and available to fill in or come in on scheduled days off if operational or business needs arise.
Experience & skills you need:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service with exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems.
- A highly adaptable, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist wherever the property needs support.
