Inpatient Rehabilitation Occupational Therapy Assistant

Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support high-quality rehab care in our inpatient setting. Working under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, you will deliver hands-on therapeutic activities, ADL retraining, and patient education to promote independence and safe discharge. Responsibilities include implementing care plans, accurate EMR documentation, equipment setup, and active participation in interdisciplinary care.
