Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ABA Therapist (RBT) to join our part-time team. As an ABA Therapist (RBT) with Golden Care Therapy NJ, you will have the opportunity to work with children with Autism, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to support their growth and development. You will work closely with parents, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team to ensure that each child receives the highest level of care and attention.

Responsibilities:

• Provide ABA Therapy services to children with Autism in a one-on-one setting or in small groups
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with parents, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team
• Use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills, reduce problem behaviors, and improve overall functioning
• Conduct assessments and progress monitoring to track the child's progress and make data-driven decisions
• Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and other team members to ensure consistency and collaboration
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment goals, progress, and challenges
