Ascension seeks a Registered Nurse Clinical Lead for our Emergency Department. In this role, you’ll provide advanced bedside care, oversee ED nursing workflow, and support a culture of safety, compassion, and teamwork. You will precept and coach nurses, coordinate staffing and patient assignments, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely, evidence-based care. Responsibilities include triage oversight, clinical escalation, quality and compliance monitoring, and participation in process-improvement initiatives.
