Mission Health is seeking a compassionate NICU Registered Nurse to provide specialized care for critically ill and premature newborns in our Level III/IV NICU in Asheville, NC. The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and therapies, operate advanced monitoring and life-support equipment, and collaborate closely with neonatologists and interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include educating and supporting families, maintaining accurate documentation, following evidence-based protocols, and contributing to quality and safety initiatives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
