Lead Sonographer

Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to guide high-quality diagnostic ultrasound services across our Georgia locations. In this role, you will perform complex ultrasound exams, oversee daily workflow, and serve as a clinical resource for sonographers. You’ll collaborate closely with radiologists, physicians, and nurses to support accurate, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include mentoring staff, optimizing image quality, upholding safety and regulatory standards, and supporting quality improvement and education within a collaborative, mission-driven health system.
