RN Surgical Step Down

HCA Healthcare is seeking an RN Surgical Step Down nurse to deliver high-quality, compassionate care for post-operative and high-acuity patients. In this role, you will monitor complex patients transitioning from intensive care, administer medications, interpret cardiac and vital sign trends, and collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary teams. You will coordinate patient education and discharge planning, ensure accurate documentation, and uphold safety, infection control, and evidence-based practices while mentoring newer staff in a culture of teamwork, integrity, and continuous learning.
