Custom Fabrication Welder

Webco Manufacturing seeks a Custom Fabrication Welder to join our precision sheet metal team in Alto, GA. In this role, you’ll interpret blueprints, set up welding equipment, and fabricate custom metal components to tight tolerances. Responsibilities include MIG/TIG welding, fitting, grinding, and finishing, inspecting work for quality, and following safety procedures. You’ll work closely with engineers and assemblers to solve fabrication challenges, support continuous improvement, and maintain a clean, organized work area in our advanced manufacturing environment.
