Full job description

Fairview is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Adult Psychiatrist to join our growing inpatient team at the newly opened Capitol Park Mental Health Hospital in St. Paul, Minnesota.

This state-of-the-art, 144-bed behavioral health hospital was purpose-built to support patients with acute mental health needs in a safe, therapeutic, and recovery-focused environment. As our program continues to expand, physicians have the opportunity to help shape scheduling, workflow, and clinical program development in collaboration with engaged hospital leadership.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $347,000

  • Sign-on bonus

Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry

  • Eligible for Minnesota medical licensure

  • Experience in inpatient psychiatry preferred

  • Fellowship training in Addiction Psychiatry, Geriatric Psychiatry, Pain Medicine, or Hospice & Palliative Medicine welcomed
