Encompass Health seeks a Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based rehabilitation services in our inpatient hospital. In this role, you will evaluate patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic conditions, and other serious illnesses; develop individualized treatment plans; and provide therapeutic interventions to restore function, mobility, and independence. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, document in the EMR, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives in a mission-driven, patient-centered environment.
