Class A Truck Driver - Port Freight

Are you an experienced Truck Driver looking for a great local opportunity? We are hiring a reliable Truck Driver to haul port freight in the San Jose, CA area. This position is ideal for a safety-focused Truck Driver seeking a consistent schedule, competitive pay, and daily home time.

Now Hiring: Class A Truck Driver
Pay: $35/hour (straight pay)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM (Swing Shift)

Truck Driver Responsibilities:

• Operate a Class A Dry Van hauling port freight as a professional Truck Driver
• Complete local deliveries within a 50-mile radius as a Truck Driver
• Make 3-5 stops per day while providing excellent service as a Truck Driver
• Perform drop-and-hook operations and safely transport freight as a Truck Driver
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and follow all DOT regulations
• Truck Driver will average 40+ hours per week

Job Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience
• 1 year of port driving experience
• Valid TWIC Card
• Automatic transmission experience (Auto Restriction OK)
• Good MVR
• Stable work history
