Physical Therapist Homecare Clinical Lead

MedStar Health seeks a Physical Therapist Homecare Clinical Lead to provide advanced in-home rehabilitation and guide clinical excellence across our homecare PT team in the Maryland–Washington, DC region. This role combines direct patient care with leadership, including mentoring clinicians, optimizing care pathways, and driving quality, safety, and outcomes. You will collaborate closely with an interprofessional team, support education and process improvement, and ensure evidence-based, patient-first care that enables safe recovery and functional independence at home.
