Physical Therapist Outpatient Vestibular

Intermountain Health seeks a Physical Therapist for our outpatient vestibular program in Salt Lake City. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with dizziness, imbalance, and vestibular disorders using evidence-based interventions. You’ll design individualized plans of care, provide manual therapy and neuromuscular re-education, and deliver thorough patient and family education. Working in a collaborative, mission-driven team, you’ll participate in quality improvement, access robust professional development, and help advance community health across our integrated healthcare system.
