As a Registered Nurse – Neuro Step Down at BJC HealthCare, you will deliver specialized care to adult patients with complex neurological conditions in a high-acuity step-down setting. You will perform frequent neuro assessments, manage telemetry and IV therapies, administer medications, and respond rapidly to status changes.
