Minimum Requirements
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA. Active Oregon Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Outpatient orthopedics experience preferred. This client prefers clinicians with outpatient ortho caseload experience. Experience working in outpatient clinic settings preferred. Will accept PTAs under supervision; candidates must meet state scope of practice and clinic policies. New graduates and first-time travelers will be considered. Ability to work up to 40 hours per week; 36 hours guaranteed with expectation of additional hours as needed.

Facility Type: Outpatient clinic. Shift Name: Days. Primary Rate Type: 8-hour day schedule. Patient Population: Outpatient orthopedics. Floating: Candidate is not required to float to other clinics.
