Surgical Technologist Lead

SSM Health seeks a Certified Lead Surgical Technologist to support high-quality surgical care in a faith-based, patient-centered environment. The Lead Tech prepares ORs, manages instruments and sterile fields, and serves as first scrub for diverse procedures. This role mentors staff, supports onboarding, and promotes continuous improvement. Collaborating closely with surgeons and nurses, the Lead Tech upholds infection control, safety, and documentation standards while modeling SSM Health’s mission of compassionate, respectful service to patients, families, and colleagues.
