Registered Nurse II

Houston Methodist seeks a Registered Nurse II to deliver safe, evidence-based care in an acute care setting. The RN II performs comprehensive assessments, develops and updates care plans, administers medications and treatments, and ensures accurate EMR documentation. This role collaborates closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, provides patient and family education, and upholds infection prevention and safety standards. RNs participate in quality improvement, precepting, and ongoing education, contributing to a mission-driven, patient-centered environment focused on innovation and excellence.
