Key Responsibilities as an STNA:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to support resident comfort and dignity.

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff promptly.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents.

• Foster meaningful relationships with residents and their families to enhance quality of life.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the nursing team and resident care.

Qualifications:

• Must hold an active State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in the State of Ohio.

• Genuine compassion for elderly and rehabilitation patients.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

• Previous experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting is a plus, but not required.
