Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
* Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
* BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
* Resume required for submission
Assignment Details
* Outpatient setting
* Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
* Days: Monday through Friday
* Paper documentation required
* Point of Service Documentation
* Works as part of a team and is paired consistently with an OT and assigned team techs
