Why We’re Looking
- Expanding Emergency Medicine department
- Specialty: Emergency Medicine
- Case Mix: Primarily adult and geriatric patients
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts | ~12 shifts per month
- Facility: 9-room Emergency Department
- EMR: Epic
- Reporting to: Karissa Pinkerman, Senior Director of Ambulatory Operations & Strategy
- Team Structure: 6-physician EM group with APP coverage during peak hours
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
- Eligible for Nebraska medical licensure (or active eligibility)
- Base $270K + production
- Quality Bonus: Up to 3% of base salary
- Sign-On / Relocation: $5,000–$20,000 combined (negotiable)
- Student Loan Support: $20,000/year for 3 years (negotiable education loan forgiveness options available)
- Health Insurance (PPO or High-Deductible options)
- Single: ~$39–$69 per pay period
- Family: ~$261.75–$291.75 per pay period

- Retirement: 5% 401(k) employer contribution
- Malpractice insurance fully covered
- Standard clinical certifications included (ACLS, PALS, BLS, etc.)
- 7 weeks total annual time off

- CME allowance: $3,000 annually
