Production Team Member - Winston-Salem Manufacturing
Shift: 1st
The opportunity:
The Production Team Member is an entry level position to learn the processes of manufacturing and the different machines used in the process.
How You Will Impact Smurfit WestRock:
- Pushing Stock.
- Stacking off from the machines.
- Off load corrugated from the machines.
- Assist operators and apprentices as needed.
- Responsible for the overall Safety and cleanliness of equipment and area.
- Work in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Overtime is required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent Attendance Record and solid work history with good tenure
- Excellent safety record

- Maintain housekeeping excellence - maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Must be able to lift, push, walk, stand, and bend throughout a shift
