This is a truly unique opportunity to work in a physician-owned practice that operates within a collaborative of five successful, independent practices. Almara Womens Health combines the nimbleness and collegiality of a small private practice with the versatility of a larger network. At Almara, preserving the identity, autonomy and close-knit culture of the independent practices is a priority. By sharing resources, we have expanded services into high demand areas such as maternal-fetal medicine, urogynecology, primary care, pelvic floor physical therapy, and weight management/metabolic health. New physicians are welcomed into a supportive environment from physician owners who are committed to mentorship. We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible OBGYN Physician who is passionate about clinical excellence and patient centered care. This full time opportunity offers a clear partnership track, competitive compensation, and a collegial environment designed for long term growth and career satisfaction. Many opportunities are available to develop and pursue specialized interests within the field of OBGYN.

Ideal Candidate
Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology

Strong clinical skills in obstetrics, gynecologic surgery and outpatient medicine

Interest in a long-term commitment to a physician-owned model

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Committed to lifelong career development, continued medical education, and the ability to adapt to medical advancements
