Our manufacturing client, located in Denver, CO is looking for a Maintenance Manager to join their team.

Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Location: Denver, CO
Pay Rate Range: $114,000 - $140,000
Shift: 1st shift

What’s the Job?

  • Develops and implements a focused preventative and predictive maintenance program to ensure reliable operational performance of equipment and processes.
  • Analyzes and solves technical maintenance issues.
  • Organizes and implements work assignments efficiently, based on critical equipment priorities and current PM program effectiveness.
  • Develops and implements maintenance procedures, standards and policies to ensure plant compliance with federal, state, and local laws and company policies with regards to personnel safety, food safety and the environment.
  • Manages activities of outside contractors in the performance of maintenance and project work.
  • Responsible for training of engineering, maintenance and outside contractor personnel on Safety policies and procedures including Lock-Out / Tag-Out, Confined Space, Hazard Material Handling and Personal Protective Equipment.
  • Perform all position responsibilities following established GMP, Food Safety, Personal Safety and Quality policies and procedures.
What’s Needed?
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Business Administration, preferred. Experience may be considered a factor here.
  • 5 -10 years or more experience related to predictive / proactive maintenance.
  • Experience with the administration of a computerized preventive maintenance management system.
  • Technical computer skills related to administration, equipment and process applications.
  • Strong leadership, teamwork and communications skills
