Schedule: Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Typical schedule: 50–55 hours per week)
Pay Rate: Starting at $70,000+
Pay Type: Base salary + commission after training

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and perform vehicle intake.
- Create repair orders and present repair estimates.
- Communicate with customers throughout the repair process.
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on customer needs.
- Manage repair orders from start to finish.
- Coordinate with technicians to keep workflow moving efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Sales-minded with a desire to earn through performance.
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Positive, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Automotive experience is a plus, but not required. Training is provided for the right candidate.
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, bartending, serving, or sales is welcomed.
