What You’ll Do

As DON, you will be the clinical leader of the facility, responsible for driving quality care and operational excellence:

• Lead and oversee all nursing operations and clinical staff
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and regulatory standards
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and survey readiness
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and team development
• Partner with administration on strategic planning and facility goals
• Oversee budgets, resources, and clinical outcomes
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and physicians
• Foster a culture focused on accountability, compassion, and performance

What We’re Looking For

• Active RN license in Wisconsin
• 2-3+ years of nursing leadership experience (DON/ADON preferred)
• Proven ability to lead teams and improve clinical outcomes
• Strong understanding of long-term care regulations and compliance
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Hands-on leader who leads by example
