RN Clinical Lead

Ascension seeks an RN Clinical Lead to guide patient care on our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will coordinate clinical operations, lead and mentor nursing staff, and ensure high-quality, evidence-based care across a diverse patient population. Responsibilities include overseeing care plans, supporting interdisciplinary collaboration, monitoring quality and safety metrics, and promoting regulatory compliance.
