Technology Lead – Golang

We are seeking an experienced Technology Lead with strong expertise in Golang, modern frontend development, APIs, and distributed systems. The ideal candidate will have experience designing scalable, reliable, and fault-tolerant applications and working with modern cloud-native architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead backend development using Golang or other modern programming languages.

• Design and develop scalable, reliable, and maintainable applications.

• Build responsive web applications using Angular or React.

• Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices.

• Work with distributed systems and cloud-native architecture patterns.

• Develop solutions that support scalability, performance, reliability, and fault tolerance.

• Work with complex data models and large datasets.

• Design and implement NoSQL data solutions, preferably using MongoDB.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver solutions.

• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

• Apply best practices for software development, testing, security, and deployment.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of experience in software development and technology leadership.

• Strong backend development experience with Golang (Go).

• Strong experience with Angular or React.

• Hands-on experience designing and developing APIs.

• Strong understanding of microservices and distributed system architecture.

• Experience designing systems for scalability, reliability, and fault tolerance.

• Experience working with complex data models and large datasets.

• Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture and distributed system design patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS and cloud services.

• Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
