Delivery Driver Lead Trainer

US Foods, a leading foodservice distributor, is seeking a Delivery Driver Lead Trainer to support our wholesale trade operations. In this field-based role, you will safely operate delivery vehicles to transport fresh, frozen, and dry products to restaurants, healthcare, and hospitality customers, while training and coaching drivers to uphold our performance, safety, and service standards. You will conduct ride-alongs, reinforce DOT and company policies, model accurate loading, unloading, and documentation practices, and partner with operations and dispatch to optimize routes. This position is ideal for a safety-focused driver who enjoys mentoring others in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
